Submissions __________________________________________________
The Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review prints submitted articles and student notes and comments deemed worthy of publication by our Editorial Board on issues of entertainment law. Our goal is to establish a continuing dialogue between the legal community and the entertainment industry. As a matter of policy, the Journal encourages and promotes the use of gender-neutral writing. The views and opinions expressed herein are those of the individual author(s) and not the Editorial Board, the Journal as a whole, or Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Regrettably, ELR will not be able to return submitted manuscripts to the author. Articles should be submitted to: Matthew Maher Manuscripts should be typed or word-processed, double- or triple-spaced, and footnoted with footnotes conforming to the standards set forth in The Bluebook, A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Citations to new media should conform to the standards set forth in the New Media Citation Guide, 16 LOY. L.A. ENT. L.J. 191 (1995).
